These Classes Combine Upper And Lower Body Muscles In A Full Body Workout. The Moves Are Low Impact With High-Intensity Hits Of Short Cardio Bursts. Specific Body Sections Are Directly Targeted Such As Abs, Obliques, Glutes, Biceps, Triceps, Quads And Hamstrings. Each Workout. Beth Allen Has Developed A Method Of Fitness Flows That Essentially Combine Several Muscle Groups In A “Flow” To Maximize Each Rep In A Movement.
The Bash Barre Method Class Is Dedicated To Sculpting Long, Lean Muscles Through Methods Of Using Your Own Bodyweight For Resistance Along With Free Weights, Balls And Bands. The Method Follows A Consistent Sequence Of Movements To Work The Muscles In The Most Beneficial Order To Maximize Results. Muscle Exhaustion And Muscle Confusion Are Common Practices In This Class.
